Our Online Booking System is hosted on the Xiva Platform (referred to here as "Platform"). The term "Customer" refers to any person or entity purchasing Services through our Online Booking System. "Services" means the intangible, non-physical offerings available for purchase on our Platform.
2. General Terms of Sale
2.1 Scope
These terms apply to all purchases of Services through our Online Booking System and govern the relationship between you (the Customer) and us (the Merchant).

By completing a purchase through our Online Booking System you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
3. Descriptions and Availability
3.1 Service Descriptions
We will provide clear and accurate Service descriptions, but we reserve the right to update or change Service descriptions at any time.
3.2 Availability
Service availability may change. If a Service becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Service prices are displayed alongside each Service on the Online Booking System.
4.2 Taxes and Additional Fees
Prices are inclusive of taxes. No hidden fees will be added at checkout unless expressly stated.
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not store or handle card details — payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
5. Ordering Process
5.1 Placing Orders
Select a Service, provide required information, choose payment method, and complete the order as instructed.
5.2 Customer Account
You may register for a customer account (phone verification via SMS may be used). Accounts allow you to view and manage bookings and order history.
5.3 Order Acceptance
An order is accepted by us once you receive a confirmation message or email containing the order details and unique order number.
5.4 Cancellation Policy
a. Customer cancellations: Customers may cancel bookings more than 24 hours before the scheduled service via their account or by contacting us.
b. Merchant cancellations: We may cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
6. Provision of Services
Services are provided at the booked time slot and we will confirm details via email. Any special preparation required will be stated on the Service description.
7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Our refund, cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined on the Platform and this Agreement. Please refer to the Cancellation and Rescheduling page for details.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
8.1 Merchant Warranties
We provide any Service-specific warranties described in the Service listing.
8.2 Disclaimers
Services are supplied "as is" except for any express warranties. Our liability is limited to remedies stated in the warranty clauses. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and disclaim liability for third-party Services.
9. Limitations of Liability
Our liability for any loss is limited to direct remedies such as refunds, replacements or repairs. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable law. We collect only the data necessary to provide Services and to communicate with you. We do not sell or exchange your personal data except as required to provide Services (e.g. Platform operator or payment processors).
You have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data. Contact us to exercise those rights.
11. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, the parties should attempt negotiations before formal legal proceedings.
11.3 Legal Remedies
If informal resolution fails, disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
12.1 Notifications: Notifications are sent to the email you provide.
12.2 Entire Agreement: This document is the complete agreement between the parties.
12.3 Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted without affecting the remainder.
12.4 Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
12.5 Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for events beyond their control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
12.6 Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
